Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Budget Champ Pro and tap Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the Budget Champ Pro purchase, and request a refund. We don’t see any payment information and can’t process refunds directly.
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Budget Champ. Make sure “Allow Notifications” is on, and that Banners, Sounds, and Badges are enabled. Also check that Focus Mode (Settings → Focus) isn’t silencing notifications from Budget Champ.
The scan is a best-effort interpretation by AI — always double-check the result against the original bill. If a specific bill format is consistently misread, email us a screenshot of the bill (cover up sensitive info) and we’ll improve the prompt for that case.
Bill data lives on your device. The cleanest way to back it up: enable iCloud Backup in iOS Settings, which captures the App’s storage as part of your device backup. We don’t run any servers, so there’s no “account” to recover.
Only if you had iCloud Backup enabled before losing the phone. Restore your new phone from the iCloud backup, install Budget Champ Pro, and your bills will appear. If you didn’t have iCloud Backup enabled, the data is gone — we have no copy.
Yes. Budget Champ Pro runs on iPadOS 14 and later. The same Pro subscription unlocks both devices when signed in to the same Apple ID.
